Everything was modern, and we had a really nice stay. the upgraded room was tidy and equipped with a minibar, central heating, and satellite TV. the hotel boasts a perfect location, just a 15-minute walk from the city center.

had great and lovely location located in the restaurant downstairs, walk from a castle and a bastion. besides, we were 400 metres away from slipstream sculpture. truly enjoyed staying at the spotless and huge suite with good views. everywhere there was fairly clean.

Peacefull location

The towels should be changed after every check-out! The number for reception desk should be shown on the telephone or somewhere else in the room.

Our twin room had a clean bathroom, a comfy big bed, and a great view, all in an awesome and exceptional location only 0.5 km away from London Heathrow airport.

The receptionist wanted to keep my id card, and then she forgot to give it back to me at the end ! and I forgot to ask for it, of course. This kind of anoying problem could be easily avoided by just not keeping the id card (considering that they already had my credit card number through booking reservation).
